Internships
Internships @ Courageous are designed to develop students and young adults into world class leaders with spiritual integrity. All interns spend focused time developing spiritual disciplines and habits, learning leadership power skills, engaging in practical “hands on” experience, and building authentic friendships.
C*YTH INTERNSHIP
Students will serve on the Dream Team during the Weekend Experience and meet three days a week focusing on 5 key areas of growth:
- Spiritual Development
- Leadership Power Skills
- Ministry & Service
- Authentic Friendships
- Personal Fitness
Interns will spend 9 hours weekly in spiritual and leadership development labs, 2-6 hours weekly flex scheduled with a ministry leader coach for hands-on, one-on-one training, and 3 hours weekly on personal fitness. Throughout the internship students who serve hard will also play hard. Students are guaranteed to have some of the biggest fun of the summer hanging out and doing life together with their cohort.
